What You'll Do in This Role
Be part of our client's team as an Audio Engineer & Project Manager, overseeing the entire audio production process for digital advertising campaigns. You'll balance technical execution with project leadership, ensuring flawless delivery of sound that drives impact on a global scale.

What You Bring to the Mix
- Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Sound Design, Music Production, or related field
- At least 3 years of professional audio engineering or production experience in an agency or media setting
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Adobe Audition, or similar audio software
- Knowledge of advertising audio specs (loudness levels, formats, etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-team and client management
- Interest and ability to work with AI audio tools (ElevenLabs, Firebay, Artlist, etc.)
- Keen attention to detail and advanced problem-solving skills
Your Key Responsibilities
- Audio Production: Execute recording, editing, mixing, and mastering of high-fidelity audio for digital advertising campaigns, including voiceovers, sound effects, and musical compositions.
- AI Use: Apply company-licensed AI platforms to create compelling audio content that drives campaign performance.
- Project Coordination: Develop and maintain project plans, workflow protocols, and timelines to ensure efficient delivery of audio assets.
- Client and Team Communication: Act as the principal liaison for all audio-related projects, setting clear expectations with internal teams and external clients.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce rigorous audio standards to ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with freelance voice artists, music composers, and specialized audio professionals, handling budget negotiations and contractual agreements.
- Process Improvement: Review project outcomes, analyze feedback, and recommend process enhancements to optimize efficiency and quality.
